What we store
For an audit: the business name, the town and the trade you enter, the AIs' answers and the report built from them. If you start the weekly follow-up, we store your e-mail to send you the Monday report, and for nothing else.
Review campaigns
On a business's review page, we count visits and clicks to the review form, day by day. Nothing about the person: no IP address, no cookie, no identifier.
Showcase pages
A showcase page is public and made to be found: it shows what the owner writes on it (address, phone, hours, menu, answers). They can change it at any time with its edit link; to delete it, write to us.
What we do not do
No tracking cookies, no advertising, no reselling. Fonts are hosted on the site.
Audience figures and errors
To know how many people visit the site and run an audit, we use Simple Analytics: no cookies, no IP address kept, no visitor profile. We only see totals (page views, countries, where the visit came from).
When a page crashes, Sentry sends us the error message and the page concerned so we can fix it, without your IP address or what you typed.
Payment
The subscription is paid on Stripe's secure page. Your card is entered at Stripe and never reaches us; we only keep the state of the subscription and the Stripe identifiers needed to manage it.
The AIs we ask
The questions sent to ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity only contain the trade and the town, never your business's name. We compare their answers with your name on our side.
The fact checker is the exception: its questions name your business, since that is what it checks. The real details you enter (hours, address, phone) are never sent to the AIs. They are only used to compare their answers.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete an audit or your e-mail by writing to bonjour@nommify.app. We reply within 72 hours.
